How can I switch between the front and rear cameras on my mobile device?

This article is for patients or clinicians facilitating televisits on behalf of patients.

Once you start the televisit, your consulting provider may ask you to switch to the rear camera on your mobile device, so that you can better position the camera and obtain a good view of the wound. To do so, follow the steps below: 

1. After you join the televisit room on your device, look for the "switch cameras" icon  on the upper right corner and click on it.
2. Click on the thumbnail displaying the wound, to enlarge the image. 
3. Now you can see the same image that the consulting provider is seeing, and it's easier for you to position your mobile and obtain a good view of the wound. 
4. To switch back to the front camera, click on the "switch cameras" icon again.
