How do I know if the televisit invitation sent via SMS was delivered?

You can immediately see if a televisit invitation sent via SMS reached the recipient or not. As soon as you create an encounter or send a reminder via SMS you will automatically see the SMS delivery status on the Encounter Dashboard as shown below (Figure 1). The SMS delivery status reflects the last SMS sent for this encounter. For instance, once you create an encounter the status reflects the SMS invitation sent upon encounter creation. If you send a reminder for the same encounter, the status reflects the SMS sent for the reminder. The encounter dashboard refreshes every 20 seconds or so, but if you want to more quickly update the status, just click on the 'refresh' button (Figure 2).
